Buying Just the Right Home

A Priority on Ethics

Buying a home is an emotional situation with many moving parts, and my first priority is serving as your trusted advocate, guide, and educator. When I purchased my first home at age 26 I knew nothing about the process, and relied on a real estate professional who had been recommended by friends. The experience was far from positive, and a near financial disaster! I realized how vulnerable new homebuyers are in a competitive marketplace, and vowed that I would be different. The experience shaped who I am as a Real Estate professional, and I’m proud of my reputation of being honest, and a “got your back” Realtor®.

Acting as Your Advocate

Trust and good communication between a Buyer and their Realtor® are crucial for a smooth buying experience. As your Buyer’s Representative, you’re my priority, and I make sure I’m always there via phone call, email, or text whenever you have a need or question. I will help you manage the homebuying process, working with your schedule to make sure you’re at the front of the line to view homes within a competitive Seller’s market. I won’t ever rush you or push you in a direction you’re not sure of – your happiness is as important to me as it is to you. I’ve gladly worked with some clients for over a year to find their perfect home!

Tailored to Your Needs

Every Buyer has a different story, and different goals. I meet you where you are – whether you’re buying your first home, expanding into a bigger residence, or downsizing to make life simpler. I listen carefully to your wishes and needs, showing you quality homes that fit your dreams and budget. Whether you need advice on neighborhoods or a vendor referral, I strive to be your one-stop-shop resource, shepherding you through the many details that come up during the buying process. Along with being my client, you’re my Knoxville neighbor, and my goal is to get this new chapter in your life off to a great start!
